Shraddha Kapoor is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. She came into limelight with the romantic musical drama "Aashiqui 2" opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor. Later she was seen in Ek Villain, Haider, 3D dance movie ABCD 2. She has also launched her own fashion label IMARA. She was seen in the flick Baaghi and will soon be seen in Rock On 2.

Shraddha Kapoor was born on March 3, 1989 to the famous Hindi film actor Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kapoor. She did a part of her schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School, Juhu and completed her high school from Boston. She took up theatre studies during her college in Boston and continued with her graduation from India only. Later, she learnt direction and acting skills under the guidance of Mohit Tugnait.

According to the sources, Shraddha Kapoor has roped in for Apoorva Lakhia's next Haseena. Previously actress Sonakshi Sinha has been choosen but she has opted out. Reports said that Shraddha will be replacing Sonakshi in the film.
